Any seals, labels, or protective films must remain intact.

The product should not be damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at casefeel0@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.

Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the package.

Ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
